Good place to buy CK items with great deals… However, the staffs are weird typically: 1. Not all items are properly labelled with promotion sticker, they are not willing to introduce instead of asking me to look around. 2. After tried clothes in fitting room, staff assumed that I am not buying. It is seems like a shop for me to pick then pay and got surprised with variable discounts.

Not sure why, but the Chinese staff here seem especially hostile toward Chinese customers. A young Chinese female staff member flat-out refused to serve us, insisting on speaking only Malay. Meanwhile, her Malay colleague assisted us without issue at the register. But this wasn’t after a brief wait due to the constant chit chat at the counter. Still made the purchase, but this branch seriously needs to improve its staff quality control.
