We loved our wedding day at The Filament! It is the perfect space for a wedding to keep everyone together vs. spacing out which we loved. They have a ton of greenery already in the space that complements the beautiful cream city brick - it feels VERY Milwaukee and the industrial feel of the room and the bar paired with the warm Edison bulb lighting makes it a stunner of a venue but also super inviting. Having earlier access to the venue the day of compared to other places in Milwaukee was also a huge bonus. It allowed us to get the room set without having to stress about getting florals, centerpieces, welcome tables, etc. done before doors opened. We made the decision to have our dance party in the middle of the space in front of the bar and our DJ, Marco, from Milwaukee Airwaves did not disappoint. He listened to us throughout the music process as we had a vision and he brought it to life in a masterclass way. Cannot say thank you enough for keeping the energy going on the dance floor all night long! There was a small issue regarding our cocktail hour that the venue quickly resolved and made right which we greatly appreciated.
