I did not want to have to write this review, but I believe other professionals should be aware of my experience. My overall experience with RSPUSA has been disappointing, particularly in regard to communication and customer service. The company sends an excessive number of approval emails, yet when you call to speak with someone directly, you are required to leave a voicemail. When a return call does come, it is often from someone other than the person you were trying to reach, forcing you to start over and re-explain the issue from the beginning. That alone creates unnecessary inefficiency. Today, I scheduled and blocked time for a Zoom meeting with Mary to resolve a community newsletter name mix-up. While Mary was pleasant and kind, she was not qualified to handle my call. Approximately 20 minutes into the meeting, she was unable to screen share, stated she was working from home, and ultimately admitted she did not understand how to properly look up a community or property addresses. It became clear that she was unfamiliar with what should be a fundamental part of the service. I politely expressed that I was frustrated with the time being wasted, while also acknowledging that she was kind. Shortly afterward, I received an email from her manager, Tatiana Caso, which I found to be rude, aggressive, and accusatory. The email claimed that I was rude to Mary and stated they did not wish to work with me. That characterization is simply not accurate. I was direct about my disappointment, but I was not disrespectful or rude. I merely expressed concern that the issue was not being handled competently and that the meeting felt unproductive. The combination of excessive emails, poor phone communication, lack of preparedness during a scheduled meeting, and an unprofessional managerial response leaves me unable to recommend RSPUSA. If you are looking for a company that values professionalism, strong communication, and customer service, I would instead recommend TheRealAuthority. My experience with them has been the complete opposite, organized, responsive, and truly professional. I share this review sincerely and with disappointment. I simply believe others deserve to know what they may encounter.

Great experience so far. My first design is beautiful, it was done really well, and the team was very accommodating to my requests. I love the exclusivity and I'm really looking forward to building my community with the help of RSP.

Encouraging but patient and thorough in explaining the process and various options. Certainly a better use of time and funds than for me to attempt this type of mail marketing program alone.
