I was told that my visa will be processed in 5 business days. However, even after one month they failed to do so. The guy who was incharge of processing my visa returned my passport along with full refund and he failed to complete the task given to him. They charge you around $550 in advance while other agents in Ottawa or toronto charge you less than $400 once the visa has been processed. I would recommend no one to do business with them. My flight is in about less than a month and I still dont have my visa BECAUSE OF THEM I will also complain about the service I received to the Saudi Embassy
