You can't rely on Ron and his operation. I contacted this guy 2 months ago and for the past week we've been emailing back and forth about the needs of our business, we then meet with him only for him to tell us he has no room in the warehouse. FLAKY & a WASTE.OF.TIME.

I would like to thank Reggie Nyakudya of WCD for his great kindness. My father passed away recently and Reggie rescued me in a very difficult situation. I confirmed three times with another vendor that they could scan my father's slideshow photos. I was told at the last minute to come pick them up as they were not able to complete the job. I needed the photos later that evening to have everything prepared for the service. I called Reggie and explained my situation. WCD was closing and he graciously insisted I come straight there and he would make sure to get it done (even though it meant staying after hours). A few hours later, I received everything I needed. A loved ones passing is a very busy, stressful and emotional time. I am forever indebted to Reggie for his kind gesture in helping me pay tribute to my father. I highly recommend his service and will continue to send business to WCD.

Years later, the owner’s son searched for my personal Facebook account and contacted me to remove my review. This is what Malek Salem said: " I would love if you could remove your review and it affects their rating at the moment. " This felt like a complete invasion of privacy and was entirely inappropriate. I also want to note that I forgot to mention in my previous review, when I followed up to get my passport back after a month of no progress, I was told on the phone by Marwan the agent that if I kept calling, they would not return it. This was extremely unprofessional and concerning. P.s. I did get my passport and my money back from them. Stay away from this agency. Screenshots from our message is attached below. I was told that my visa will be processed in 5 business days. However, even after one month they failed to do so. The guy who was incharge of processing my visa returned my passport along with full refund and he failed to complete the task given to him. They charge you around $550 in advance while other agents in Ottawa or toronto charge you less than $400 once the visa has been processed. I would recommend no one to do business with them. My flight is in about less than a month and I still dont have my visa BECAUSE OF THEM I will also complain about the service I received to the Saudi Embassy

They did a good job scanning my documents, but the price ended up about 50% above expectation. Bring your own USB stick because they charge $40 for a $4 stick. They gave me a price per sheet to which I agreed, but then charged labour on top without telling me ahead of time. Be careful.

I had a great experience working with Jeff, who is one of the customer service representative at WCD. I wanted to make 50 copies of a hard cover keepsake cookbook in honour of my mom's memory. Throughout the whole process of going in person to look at samples of books, sending the pdf to get a quote (which was very reasonable), getting the proof and finalizing the product was smooth. Jeff responded to my emails very quickly and was always very polite and patient. Since this project was very special to me, I really wanted it to be perfect. Jeff took the time to respond to any questions I had. He made sure that he made accommodations such as passing on questions to the design team when I had questions about the colour of the book or the quality of the pictures. I never felt rushed! In the end, I'm so happy with the cookbooks. I felt the quality was great! This goes to show how important it is to show kindness and patience in customer service. This special project turned out as smooth as possible because of the great experience I had with WCD. I would recommend others using WCD.

My mother had taken me to West Canadian (as it used to be called) for years and years to get her work printed there when I was a child, and recently - all these years later - my company had the pleasure of providing technology to WCD for a special event that they were putting on. What really impressed me was the behind-the-scenes tour that I received as a result of me having to set up some of our technology in their vast working area. The staff were all really friendly, and there is great artwork inside and a beautiful sculpture out front (see photos). This is one heck of an operation they have here, and a long tradition of it as well. Keep up the great work, folks!

This company is definitely not organized as we were told after we paid that they upgraded our room to a vaulted ceiling room for less price. When we arrived we were disappointed to find it was a regular room. The room had many dirty parts about it, which is more a Platinum Suites issue I'm sure but the fireplace wasn't working so I messaged Tara Wilson (who we were dealing with the whole time) and she told me she was calling housekeeping to come fix it. We waited around for hours and noone showed with no communication so I emailed back and she said she'd call again. Again, nothing and no communication. Now I haven't heard back from her since yesterday and we're already checked out. I feel they just get away with this all the time. Not impressed with the service/communication and the level of maintenance and cleaning. If you can't deal with these issues, don't have a vacation rental company.
