M Carroll sealed my driveway in November of 2022. They did not clean it well enough and about 1/4 of it peeled up. Called him in December and he picked up thinking he thought it was a hunting buddy. I explained what happened and he said he would be out to fix my driveway in January 2023. He didn't show up. Tried calling and texting dozens of times (pictures also) and no response. Called from a Oklahoma number sometime in March and he picked up immediately and after telling him who it was calling, the first thing he said was this is not a 806 number, it is a Oklahoma number. (Form your own opinion). This is almost June and have tried to call and no answer. We would not recommend this dishonest company.

We had M. Carroll do two of our homes AND after 2 years still can't get my driveway repaired correctly! Spent $22K to get a clean professional job and its not what we received. Driveway continues to fall apart EVERYDAY. There are multiple patches and it looks like junk. See the attached photo's I would probably shop around after my experience. Side note when the crew came to do the initial paving they left trash EVERYWHERE.

Did a great job chip sealing my road, Feb 24, 2020. Matt was easy to deal with. However where they added base material before chip sealing, it was not adequately packed. The first time it rained there are a few places rutted up from a 3/4 ton pick up. I sent an email about 4 weeks after the job and was promised this would be repaired. Over the next year+ I sent 13 emails asking when they could come out. Various excuses about out of town, covid, too wet but promises it would be made right. Recently, no responses from my last 2 emails. The job is decent but not right as I have several places with ruts. In addition, the written agreement said they would put down a herbicide to prevent weeds from coming up for a year. That did not happen because I had weeds within 2 weeks. I am not a big fan of posting reviews that are less than favorable but after no responses to my recent emails and no effort to correct the problem, I have little choice. I will be getting more chip seal work done but will find someone else to do the work and fix the problems from the Carroll work.

They have done great work for us for the past couple of years. We received a lot of good reviews from everyone that drives by. Not to mention that they are easy to work with and stand behind their product. If you are looking for great work at a reasonable price they are the company you should go with. We have used several in the past and they are by far the best.
