So I'm a newer agent in FL and I signed up in January of this year. I signed up for the referral program to pay for leads on the back end. Til now I've not been quick enough it seems to get the lead referral agreement in fast enough to actually capture one. Its first come first serve and they have you go through both a login and a pointless data entry section where you have to manually input your brokers first name, last name, and your name before accepting & signing the agreement. I call this pointless because by extension of you just having logged in, they should be able to easily auto populate this information like a similar provider of leads I have that does just that. I always though this was a little fishy and a stall tactic to slow you down so that an agent on the pay as you go program can swiftly snatch up the lead while you're fumbling around with the extra data entry steps that they dont have. So at 4 am this morning I just happened to be up when I got a motivated seller lead notification and to my surprise I won the lead. It was in my market and in a depressed area that not many agents want to work locally but I was still happy that i finally got one and it was a nice listing price range. Unfortunately the hour since I got it their system has sent me LITERALLY A COUPLE HUNDRED emails and counting!!! These emails are of 2 varieties...one notifying me of the same available lead that I got and the other one saying I won the lead. Their system is actually going haywire right now and I honestly believe it may be because their system is set to stop people in the referral program from getting access to leads, as if they only want the $75/lead upfront money which isnt in my marketing budget yet as a newer agent. I'D LOVE FOR THEM TO PROVE ME WRONG!!! But for now I am watching my inbox fill up exponentially with the 2 conflicting notifications at 5 am as I wait for them to open so I can call to stop this madness!!

They promise good leads but they are not. Not one of the buyer leads I was sent had means of purchasing a one bedroom condo in my market. If they can't afford to purchase anything, then that is not an actual buyer lead. The one seller lead I was provided yelled at me because he thought he was signing up to have someone buy his home for cash .This was an absolute waste of money. I have asked for a refund and am waiting for a reply.

I wasn’t expecting many leads for my are busy so far I have been surprised. I like being able to accept them as referrals since, as is usually the case, some leads don’t turn into anything. So far I have had more success with these leads than other lead sources and with no out of pocket expenses.

Just closed, Easy lead company to work with, they leave me alone to do my job but are there when i need them. I'm only doing the 25% referral so I know I'm not going to get rich with these leads. The one seller lead I paid for only wanted a home valuation with no intention of selling (ouch) so I don't buy anymore. Keep sending me the leads and I will keep trying to convert them. Good Job.

I have been getting leads from Expert Home Offers for a while and I'm working with about 25% of the sellers I have talked to, so the leads are actually pretty responsive. I'm thankful for the leads and feel like I should just buy them instead of paying a referral fee. That hurts.... Still thankful for you.. KIM
