Great company. The communicator Eddie is great to deal with. I don't know SEO but I know my business. They understand that and work with my knowledge. They have provided positive results and have accommodated all of my needs. I don't know everyone in the company but I always get immediate responses by phone or email and if it doesn't make sense, I always call Eddie. Online traffic has been our main source of new patients since hiring Prestige Marketing as of October of last year. Keep up the great work!!!

Extremely horrible experience with this company. We hired them to work on the SEO for our company and tested their work by putting up our own google adwords and the only time we received business from our website was when our google adwords were actually up and running. They provide extremely poor communication with their clients. We had set up a meeting to discuss the plans and they never showed up at our office - thinking that the meeting was at their office - it wasn't until we called to see where they were that we found this out. Moving on from that, after having discussed a plan of action - I summed everything up in an email after the phone meeting to maintain the communication and literally had to follow up with them 3 times before receiving a response. To this day, I myself have never met anyone on their team. Only the salesperson who convinced our owner to hire them has ever met anyone on our team. We requested for bi-monthly reports and had to remind them every month for them. We also had to remind them for the monthly reports which they had promised to deliver at months end. It wasn't until we had put in a call to inquire about their communication did they actually respond to a few of the numerous emails we had written throughout the time of our business with them. Without having to spell out every scenario of poor communication - I can honestly report that we have another SEO team that we work with in another company of ours that provides us with great communication, great service and delivers for what we pay them - this allows us to make an accurate review for the under delivered, poor client service and exceptionally poor communication of Prestige Marketing. We are appalled by their service and would never recommend anyone to use their services.
