I hired RTOWN for Black Tie's SEO needs starting in March of this year. They helped me get my two primary keywords from spot 67 and 55 (pages 7 & 6 on Google, respectively), to the first spot on page 1 well ahead of the 3 months they said it would take. They have remained in the top spot ever since. Also in that time, my website traffic has grown almost 200% with the vast majority of my traffic coming from my SEO. My business has grown in that time. RTOWN really knows their stuff. To add to that, they are awesome to deal with. I highly recommend RTOWN.

I should have read Esters review before jumping on board with this company. I've had to postpone this review for a few months just due to the frustration I felt using them. They charge way to much for a subscription based services. They oversell and under deliver! Very few leads generated. Big and costly mistake. Also I felt bullied when I was trying to cancel and tell them I was not happy with the results. If you want great click numbers and no true leads RTown is the company for you! The whole thing makes me feel sick with how much I spent and how little return I was able to see.

In the space of 17 months, we went through at least 5 different reps who kept asking for information that the previous rep was already given; this amount of turn-over only goes to show that this company is not co-ordinated in-house at all. We were promised a rough draft website within a week, we did not receive a landing page till after 4 months. At the end of our contract, we received a call from a rep to advise us of a new SEO product that practically doubled our monthly fee, the old product was no longer available so it was a "take it or leave it" ordeal. We decided to leave and that set off a chain of events that left our company without a website; apparently, we did not own our website and would need to pay $8000-$9000+ to buy it OR stay with RTOWN till it was paid off, no where in our contract was this stated. We are with a company that got us a website the same week. This left a very bitter taste in our mouths and as such, I will definitely NOT be recommending RTOWN to anyone/company I care about, I value my relationships too much to do that, can't say that for RTOWN
