I honestly wasn't satisfied with the classes. Very few exercises actually had to do with gymnastics; the sessions are short, and way too much time is spent in deinking water breaks, sitting around, chatting, or playing simple games like 'run to a certain color.' At this price point, I expect actual training, not just playtime—I could take her to a community center for that. My daughter didn't learn much in a month, and when it was her turn to do an exercise, the instructors rarely corrected her form. To top it off, when she told the teacher she wanted to learn a cartwheel, the teacher just laughed and never even tried to show her how. Not worth the money.

We had two birthday parties at Jump this fall - one in Richmond and one at the Cambie location. Coach King was leading both of them and it was a fantastic experience. He listened to what we were hoping for and organized activities that worked perfectly. I was especially impressed with his ability to change activities to fit different age groups (a 6yo party and a 3yo party). Having dishes provided and help with the clean up made things so much easier for us!! Thanks to everyone at Jump for two very successful birthdays!

Very disappointed in Jump Gymnastics. My son, who is 4, had two hard days and hit (and was hit) by other children in camp. I understand that hitting is unacceptable behavior and requires a time out, but the coach, specifically Coach King, threatened me with a 6 month ban for my son if he hit a kid again. My son is not aggressive, and again, I acknowledge that hitting is not ok, but to ban (or threaten to ban) a 4 year old for doing so is ludicrous, in my opinion.

We had a great experience with Vancouver Jump for our company picnic. The staff was professional, the equipment was in great condition, and the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend Vancouver Jump for your next event. 5 stars!

Jump gymnastics is amazing. My son has attended some classes and workshops and never want to ever leave at the end of each class. The coaches and staff are always super helpful and are so great with all the kids. Highly recommend Jump to anyone looking for an activity to keep their kids active, learning and having fun.

Jump is fantastic! My two year old daughter absolutely loves exploring the gym at city centre. Coach Shan is the absolute best! I love how patient and amazing they are!! All of the other coaches we had on a one off were also really great. The price point was reasonable, and being a busy single mom I love the ability to cancel a class (most times super last minute!) yet still being able to make them up! Super handy! Our overall experience was A+. Definitely recommend!!

My 3 year old is normally shy to try new things but absolutely loved this place and the staff from day 1. We commune 30mins for this place I would recommend for sure. Great comfortable waiting room for the parents too, starbucks across the street, grab a coffee and relax for 45mins.
