There's no end to the worst with steve, being told I could get a refund (via video call), I tried the highest plan: Enterprise. €960 because it's only annual...a waste. Bugs everywhere, copyright issues, irrelevant images with stock images, incorrect vocals with very limited AI genetation, AI generation video time very limited, AI generation images very limited...whoever gives this app the highest rating is definitely not in the industry, it's good just for make videos like South Park. I asked for a refund, and magically it's impossible. My subscription is about to expire, and I'm forced to create poor-quality videos because the investment was expensive and I can't afford to start over with other (much better) apps. I'm practically ruined, thanks to Steve. And finally, I see in another platform rewieus comments that people have been refunded... Shameful!!! They told me the same but that was not true as I think the same for the rest of comments. Now I can already imagine the usual response message: "We're not like that," "Tell us what the problem is and we'll fix it," "We're sorry, but we're not like that," blah blah blah. They're sorry, they want to fix the problem, but they don't do any of that. With a little research you will find much better with less money!!!!

Recently, they even offered me a discounted annual plan (-50% for Black Friday), which shows they’re committed to improving the service and maintaining customer trust. 💬 Summary Steve AI has a lot of potential and their customer service team deserves recognition for being responsive, patient, and willing to help. While I still believe the software has technical bugs and needs clearer transparency about usage limits, I can see they are genuinely trying to improve. Probably one of the best AI Video Generators I've used mainly for the speed and a variety of video styles. The GenAI is a clear winner after trying some real diverse and niche scripts. It just never fails to impress. Some more editing features might make the tool complete.

I like the Generative AI feature. While we have Sora and Veo3 to generate clips this tool will help generate a complete usable video. I created a kids story video and the visuals were impressive. Generative clips version is awesome but pricey.
