I have been trying to get some questions answered for 3 days now with no success. Calls are forwarded out of the country and all the reps have the same "I cannot transfer you to...." If you're in business, STAY AWAY from Broadly. If you need help, you're out of luck. I'm told we have an account rep named Sam, who for some reason can't be bothered to pick up the phone to assist. We've been customers for many years now. This is not acceptable. |

Please read the 1‑star reviews. I didn’t, and I ended up in the exact same situation as many others. I signed up with Broadly on a month‑to‑month Pro account, hoping they would help improve lead flow and visibility. In the first month, I reserved five appointments with them, and Broadly missed four of them. When I communicated that I wanted to cancel the “service,” I was immediately called back and assured the issues would be fixed right away. I gave them another chance to correct the problems. However, the very next appointment was missed as well. After that, I was scheduled for another appointment — this time 11 days out — and that one was also missed. And of course, they still charged me for another month. Overall, for three consecutive months, they did NOTHING and simply wasted my time. |

Imapping associate called and I asked how much it costs, I could not afford the amount at this time, so I could not. His response was "so you wasted my time." Sorry I wasted his time, but the way he talked to me like that tells me I will not get any customer service when I sign up. I will not Pay to Waste time of your employees. Sorry for wasting your employee's precious time. I am just working hard and got plenty of time to waste listen to your employee. |

I was charged for a second year without a reminder or any communication with the company since I paid them for the first time last year. In fact I haven't heard from them the entire year. Analytics would have been nice, but nothing!!! Customer service had me on hold for 20 minutes this morning and I'm hoping to hear back for them by the end of today. |

They called me for a month straight once I let them sell me a dream they took my payment information and never called me back once I realized they were takeing my money and not doing literally nothing they told me there was nothing they could do they pretty much Robb my bank account and didint even do anything for me I have them on recording telling me they sorry thy did not follow up but there’s nothing they can do and they are keeping my money this place is t a scam they are plan out Theifs I whish I could upload the Audio from our conversation I am trying to take leaf Al actions aswell
