I met Scott at a BBB seminar. I was impressed with his presentation and called him a few weeks later. He told me to fill his online contact form which took me about one and a half hours to complete. I called him the next day to let him know I done so - he was not aware of this and told me that this is a great time for him to help me because he has a friend with a limousine business out east he was developing two web sites for which would make it easier to take care of all 3 web sites at the same time. One month passed without a response from Scott. I called the BBB and told them about my experience. I also called Scott and left a message. Scott called me 5 hours later and told me he never received my on line form. He said others had the same problem and that he used this form to weed out customers that are not a good fit for him. He told me to e-mail him and we can meet in person. I told him that he will not give me tasks any more, I am upset enough and he can set up an appointment without an e-mail. He said the email is to weed out bad fits. I told him he was not a professional person with a raised voice and hung up on him. He sent me a text message "Wow, and you say I'm unprofessional. Thank you for confirming to me that we are not a good fit. Good luck, and take care sir". I texted back that I am writing a review about my experience. He texted back that he can refer a couple of other SEOs. I believe Scott is not professional and is an arrogant person. I am ready to spend $1500 to $2000 a month - he lost the opportunity to do business with me.
