Will not use these people ever and I hope the owner is reading this... Your agent Susanne or Suzette is very rude. The fact that this women who don't know me kept Insinuating that myself and the group that I was acquiring information for couldn't afford to go to Aruba. After two times saying oh its expensive and just letting me decide what or what not is expensive for me and my group. She kept saying before evening giving me prices.

Buyer beware. We did not have a good experience using them. The airport transfer was 45 mins late, we called the travel agent and no answer or call back. The hotel was dirty, the pool was dirty, the food was horrible. I emailed the travel agent and still no reply. Once they have your money they do not care to help you or even respond to your calls/emails. I would never use them again.

I contacted our agent, Samantha, who managed to correct the reservation with the hotel. However, they only had one junior suite available for the first night, with the second suite not available until the following day. I asked Samantha who would reimburse us for the night we could not stay in a junior suite. We paid for two suites for six days, but now we only have one suite for six days and the second for five days. Samantha had no answers couldn't provide answers and suggested I ask the hotel. The hotel, in turn, advised me to consult with our agent. As a result, we are left without any compensation and will have to spend our first night cramped in one room with four adults. This situation is highly disappointing; Jetset should have offered us a credit for the night we lacked a junior suite. If you decide to book through Jetset and your card is charged, my best advice is to call the hotel directly to confirm that the reservation you selected and paid for is correctly reflected on their end. Otherwise, you may experience a situation like ours, where you find out upon arrival that you did not receive what you paid in full for. I sincerely wish there was a zero-star option.

I have used them twice so far, and had an amazing vacation each time. No problems with communication, travel, or accommodations. I will be using them again this year for my family vacation. For y'all up here giving 1 stars to THEM because of the airline you flew on, or some other inconvenience, is crazy. Yes they should know about who they do business with, but they can't learn about bad experiences until someone has one. That's when they can choose to reevaluate the resorts and airlines they deal with. Shame on you for giving the company 1 star for that.

To be honest I was very suspicious on using them due to the reviews. But we just got back from Punta Cana and it was all amazing. Everything was great. Got picked up from airport. Excursions were great. We were told we would get a honeymoon suite but we got a regular room which wasn’t a big deal. I would use them again.
